Dr. Antonio Armani is the founder and medical director of Alvi Armani, an experienced and reputable hair loss practitioner with an honours medical degree from the University of Toronto medical school. The successful hair transplant doctor is the recipient of the 'Italy Award' including the 'Premio Del Mediterraneo' award.

Dr. Armani's list of achievements include the awards for his work in hair restoration, - the 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 Best Cosmetic Surgeon Awards, presented by Toronto's Extra Magazine; Best Cosmetic Surgeon, Toronto Sun Readers- 2002 including Best Cosmetic Surgeon- Fab Magazine, 2004.

His initial dramatic contribution to the field of hair transplantation came in 1999, introducing new designs in hairline reconstruction. Dr. Armani then focused on temple angle closure, which was neglected in hair transplant procedures at that point. He later went on to improve density from 20-30 grafts/cm2 performed by most clinics, achieving a maximum industry leading density 80-120 grafts/cm2.

Dr. Armani's latest revolutionary contribution to the field of hair restoration is AlviArmani's Vitruvian FUE method, capable achieving 4000+ grafts in a single daily session.

Dr. Armani has also developed the 'AlviArmani Hair Loss Scale', the 'AlviArmani Hair Loss Zones' and is the author of the book "How to Beat Hair loss"- editions one and two.

Being the first practitioner to perform the first donor hair transplant procedure involving two unrelated patients which was published in the ISHRS journal "Hair Forum" in 2005.
